Shop Floor Data Capture and Processing

Many custom manufacturing environments require employees to move around a large facility to perform their duties. By locating touchTrac data capture stations in key locations the employees can record new activity or access important job information easily and conveniently. Tractivity’s touchTrac provides easy access to necessary information without the need to write things down or walk to an inconvienent location. Bring the office to the floor with touchTrac.

Think Kiosk. Employees move around the shop and access a nearby touchTrac station and perform a function such as:

• Clock into a new job or activity
• Add one or more jobs creating a batch
• Charge a material item to a job
• View WIP to Ship status for any job
• Create QR code labels for WIP to Ship items
• Scan or move an item to a new stage
• Charge a material item to a job
• View your current timesheet
• View your weekly payroll hours
• Attach a note to a job

Prompts and features are determined by the configuration settings per work group. WIP to Ship functions require an additional license. See CabEntry
